1) Digital Products Only

• Once purchased and delivered, ebooks are non-returnable and non-refundable (just like most software and digital content).

2) No Refunds After Delivery

• All sales are final once payment is processed and the ebook file is delivered to your email/download link.

• Refunds will not be issued simply because you changed your mind, did not read the product description, or expected something else.

3) Exceptions

1. Duplicate payment — you were accidentally charged more than once.

2. Technical issue on our side — you paid but did not receive access to your ebook.
