By accessing our website or purchasing any ebook, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2) What We Sell

We sell digital ebooks only.
Delivery is instant via download link and/or email after payment.

3) Pricing, Currency & Taxes

Prices on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
We accept international payments. Your bank or card provider may charge FX conversion and international transaction fees—these are outside our control.
Applicable taxes (if any) are shown at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any local import/VAT/GST obligations in their country.

4) Payments

Payments are processed securely by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal/ Razorpay) and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon for Kindle purchases).
You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the order total.

5) Refunds & Cancellations (Digital Goods)

Because our products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final.
We’ll consider a refund only for duplicate payments or file/access issues we cannot resolve.
To request help, email support@geldhonger.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and email used at checkout.

6) Delivery & Access

Download links are shown on the confirmation screen and/or sent to your email.
If you don’t receive access within 15 minutes, check spam/junk or contact support@geldhonger.com.

7) License & Acceptable Use

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to read and use the ebook.
You may not resell, share, post publicly, redistribute, or make derivative works from our content without written permission.
No scraping, automated downloads, bulk copying, or attempts to bypass access controls.

8) No Earnings Guarantee

Our content is educational. We do not guarantee any specific income or outcome. Results depend on your skills, effort, market conditions, and other factors.

9) Intellectual Property

All ebooks, text, graphics, logos, and branding are the property of Geld Honger and protected by applicable IP laws.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10) Third-Party Platforms (Amazon, etc.)

If you purchase on Amazon or another marketplace, that order is governed by the platform’s own terms, pricing, and refund process in addition to these Terms.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our ebooks or website.
